সফটওয়্যার সম্পর্কে: সফটওয়্যার লাইসেন্স রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড যোগ্য নয়।

কুরিয়ারের ক্ষেত্রে: কুরিয়ার থেকে পণ্য নষ্ট হলে বিক্রেতা দায়ী হবে না।
